📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of their communication systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, and other network monitoring software.
• Install, configure, and maintain communication equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance of client systems and proactively identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and solutions.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field support or a similar role, with a strong background in network and communication systems.
• Certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
