In this role, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to support our HR decision-making processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to support HR decision-making,Collaborating with HR professionals to develop and implement assessment strategies,Interpreting assessment results and providing recommendations to HR teams,Maintaining accurate and confidential records of assessment data,Providing training and support to HR staff on psychological assessment tools and techniques,Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of psychological assessment,Assisting in the development of assessment materials and tools,Participating in HR projects and initiatives as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychological assessment or HR,Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language,Certification in psychological assessment (preferred),Experience in a corporate or organizational setting (preferred)
