As our Inventory and Logistics Supervisor, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized, and our logistics operations are efficient. You will be responsible for managing our inventory management system, which includes using software like SAP and Oracle. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our suppliers to ensure that we receive the right products at the right time. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our warehouse operations, ensuring that our products are stored safely and efficiently.

• Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP and Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, picking, and packing.
• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and logistics.
• Certification in SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
