🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Organizational Development and Talent Management.
- Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
