📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS tools.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human capital and recruitment.
• Proven experience using ATS systems like BambooHR or Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
