PT Mandiri Inti is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team in Serang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns for various entities.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Review and analyze tax-related documents to identify potential issues or discrepancies.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on tax-related matters.,Monitor tax-related deadlines and ensure all filings are submitted on time.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities.,Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax-related roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.,Familiarity with tax compliance and reporting processes.,Ability to manage and mentor a team of staff members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
