Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Present and explain insurance products to potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
