📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and resolve construction and commercial claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.,Conduct site inspections and audits to assess the validity of claims and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.,Prepare and review reports, including claims reports, progress reports, and compliance reports.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure project compliance.,Maintain accurate records of all claims and compliance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on claims management and commercial compliance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in claims management and commercial compliance.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in claims management and commercial compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management and commercial compliance in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
