📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and prepare and file all necessary financial reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting procedures and best practices.,Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
