🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Knowledge of operational management and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
