Moon Sun Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated efficiently, and used in accordance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and in accordance with company policies.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure compliance with fuel policies and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle usage.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff regarding vehicle maintenance and usage.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
