📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax operations of the company, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file all tax returns, including federal, state, and local taxes.,Conduct tax audits and investigations as needed.,Provide tax advice and guidance to other departments.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's tax practices are up-to-date.,Train and mentor junior tax professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Certification in tax preparation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or ATT) is a plus.
