PT Sentosa Ratu is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a passion for employee development, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
