📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control front desk expenses to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
