📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.,Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to address business challenges.,Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data by implementing robust data quality controls and processes.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and trends.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.,Mentor and train junior analysts on data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of data analysts.,Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address data-related challenges.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
