📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.
• Assist in the development of business requirements and use cases.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and IT business analysis.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support project initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes.
• Provide support to the technical support team in resolving customer issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical writing or IT business analysis.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
