📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked store,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events,Maintain a clean and organized store environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and trends is an advantage,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
