📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the bakery, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to financial reporting and taxation.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the business goals and objectives.,Manage the bakery's cash flow and ensure timely payment of all bills and expenses.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions, including payroll and inventory management.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team and other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
