📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive policies and compliance programs.
• Lead a team of legal and compliance professionals.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential legal and compliance issues.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on legal and compliance trends and developments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external legal and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure the organization's legal and compliance framework is up-to-date and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, with a focus on corporate governance and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, corporate governance, and risk management.
• Certification in legal and compliance management (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPM, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using legal and compliance management software, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
