📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor customer service representatives, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.,Maintain a high level of proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with customers and team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and operations management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service operations management, preferably in a global company.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading customer service teams.,Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
