📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
