You'll use a variety of tools and platforms, including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Instagram Reels, to create high-quality content that stands out in the crowded digital landscape. Daily, you'll be immersed in the world of beauty, learning about the latest trends, and staying ahead of the curve to deliver fresh and innovative content that keeps our audience engaged.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and curate engaging content for COLORROSE's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and our website.
• Develop high-quality visuals using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies that align with our brand vision and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and industry news to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize our content strategy.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, fostering a sense of community around our brand.
• Participate in photo shoots and other promotional activities to create high-impact content that drives brand awareness.
• Assist in the development of content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Instagram Reels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with our diverse audience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content on schedule.
• Familiarity with Indonesian beauty trends and market dynamics is a plus.
