📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Qualify leads and gather information to identify sales opportunities.,Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and increase sales.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist in achieving sales goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
