In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that support the professional growth of our employees. You will work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that support the professional growth of employees,Work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs and design and deliver training programs,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are aligned with business goals,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments,Monitor and analyze training data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs,Strong knowledge of learning theories and best practices in learning and development,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills,Strong organizational and project management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
