📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees to foster a productive and engaging work environment.,Address employee concerns and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
