📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Agoda team in Bali, including sales, marketing, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the Bali region.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in Bali.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.,Lead and mentor the Agoda team in Bali, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.,Represent Agoda at industry events and conferences in Bali, promoting our brand and building strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the travel industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Bali tourism industry and the local market is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within Bali and to other destinations in Indonesia.
