📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position,Creating job descriptions and advertising materials to attract qualified candidates,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordination with internal stakeholders,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding talent,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
