Pratama Logistics is seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Ciputat. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee training and development programs, helping employees grow both personally and professionally.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a logistics or related industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
