📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly.,Support the Operational Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing teams and processes.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Understanding of operational best practices and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
